More Than an Equipment Drop-Off
The dance floor often becomes the visual centre of an awards evening, company party or large celebration. Its dimensions, finish and position need to work with the venue rather than compete with staging, tables, bars and guest movement.
We use your guest numbers, room plan, timings and preferred appearance to recommend a complete setup. Delivery, installation and collection are then coordinated as part of the event schedule.

A high-impact finish for black-tie events, evening receptions and production-led spaces. The darker surface creates contrast against stage lighting, room décor and the points of LED light within the floor.

Black and white sections can be combined in considered layouts that respond to the room, stage, branding and guest flow. We recommend a pattern and orientation that feels intentional within the wider event design.
Planned as Part of the Production
A successful installation starts before the vehicle arrives. We confirm the usable room dimensions, access route, installation window and collection plan, then recommend a floor that supports the expected number of dancers without overwhelming the event space.
