Question 1

What is included with karaoke machine hire from £125?

Accepted Answer

Hire starts from £125 and includes the all-in-one karaoke machine, its integrated 13.3-inch touchscreen, two rechargeable wireless microphones, song access and the karaoke subscription, power equipment, protective courier packaging, delivery and collection. Setup guidance and remote support are available. You provide the internet connection for the full song list. Send your postcode and event date for a quote confirming the complete price and arrangements.

Question 2

Is this self-run karaoke hire or a hosted karaoke DJ?

Accepted Answer

This is a courier-delivered machine that you set up and operate yourself. There is no attendant or DJ, so you choose when to sing during the agreed hire period. If you want someone to host, manage the song queue and play DJ sets, our separate Karaoke DJ service is the appropriate option.

Question 3

When will the karaoke machine arrive?

Accepted Answer

We schedule delivery up to two working days before your event, giving you time to unpack and test the machine. Your booking confirms the delivery arrangements. Have a suitable person available to accept the parcel, and check access and reception hours if using a venue or hotel address.

Question 4

How is the karaoke machine collected after the party?

Accepted Answer

Collection is arranged for the next working day after your event. Keep the protective packaging and repack the machine, both microphones, cables and accessories using the supplied guidance. Ensure the parcel is ready for collection. If a revised delivery or return slip is supplied, you will need to print and attach it as explained in our terms.

Question 5

Is the karaoke machine easy to set up?

Accepted Answer

The speaker, touchscreen and microphone system are combined in one unit, so there is no separate mixer or lyrics monitor to assemble. Put it in a safe position, connect to mains power, switch it on and connect to your internet connection for online karaoke. Follow the supplied setup guidance and test the microphones and song access before guests arrive.

Question 6

Does karaoke machine hire need Wi-Fi or internet?

Accepted Answer

You must provide a stable internet connection for the full song list. Venue Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot can be used; a hotspot needs suitable mobile signal and data. Test the connection where you will use the machine before guests arrive. Without internet, only limited locally available or offline karaoke content may be accessible.

Question 7

Are songs and a karaoke subscription included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Song access and the karaoke subscription are included for your hire. You must provide a stable internet connection to access the full song list. Connect to venue Wi-Fi or use a phone hotspot with suitable mobile signal and data. Without internet, only limited offline karaoke may be available. If a particular song is essential, ask us to check it before booking.

Question 8

Do I need a television or can I use the built-in screen?

Accepted Answer

The integrated 13.3-inch touchscreen displays lyrics, so a separate television is not required for the standard setup. HDMI connectivity is available for a compatible TV or display if you prefer a larger screen. A television is not included; confirm any cable or display requirements in your enquiry.

Question 9

Where can you deliver a karaoke machine?

Accepted Answer

Courier delivery is available to suitable mainland UK addresses, subject to postcode and courier coverage. We can discuss home, hotel, holiday-property or venue delivery, but the receiving property must agree to accept and store the equipment. Include the full address, named recipient and any access restrictions in your enquiry.

Question 10

What happens if I miss the courier delivery?

Accepted Answer

If delivery is missed because nobody is available, access cannot be obtained, the supplied details are incorrect or the parcel is refused, you must rearrange delivery with DPD and pay any resulting charges. This does not apply where the missed delivery is solely caused by DPD or Motion Entertainment. See our terms for the full delivery conditions.

Question 11

Is the machine suitable for my party or venue?

Accepted Answer

The self-run setup is an option for house parties, birthdays, hen weekends, wedding celebrations and office get-togethers. Tell us your guest numbers and room details rather than judging suitability from speaker wattage alone. Check that the venue allows karaoke and that you have suitable power, internet and a safe place for the equipment.
