The Party Pod arrives in a protective flight case up to two working days before the event and can be assembled in minutes using the supplied guidance. It is configured before dispatch, allowing an organiser or venue team to run the experience without a Motion Entertainment attendant.
This makes it well suited to company parties, internal celebrations, regional offices and straightforward activations where nationwide delivery, longer access and simple operation matter more than a fully staffed installation.

The Party Pod can carry the event name, company logo, colour direction and agreed artwork through the touchscreen journey and finished media. We keep the process focused on what guests will actually see and share rather than presenting every configuration choice as a separate add-on.
Because this is a self-setup product, it is best for clear, predictable briefs. Events requiring an attendant, complex scenic production, active lead capture or tightly managed guest flow are normally better served by one of our managed corporate booths.

Once assembled and connected to power and stable Wi-Fi, the touchscreen guides guests through each capture. The organiser retains the pod for the agreed event period, then repacks it in the supplied flight case for collection.
