Enquire and confirm your booking
Fill in the form with your event details — date, location, type of event. We'll send a no-obligation quote with transparent pricing. Once you're happy, confirm with a deposit.
We build your custom template
Before dispatch, we configure the pod with your event's branding — names, date, colour theme, logo, or any personalisation you want. You'll receive a digital preview to approve.
The pod is dispatched to your door
Up to 2 working days before your event, we send the Party Pod by courier in a protective flight case. Delivery is tracked and insured.
You receive the flight case
Inside the flight case you'll find the pod unit, cables, ring light and a clear, illustrated setup guide. Everything is packed neatly and ready to use.
Set up in under 5 minutes
Open the guide and follow the steps — no technical knowledge needed, no tools required. The pod clicks together. Plug it in, switch it on, done.
Guests use it all evening
The touchscreen walks guests through every capture — tap the screen, follow the countdown, strike a pose. Photos, boomerangs, GIFs and short videos are captured with the built-in ring light for perfect results every time.
Instant sharing throughout the night
Every capture can be shared instantly via SMS, email or QR code directly from the touchscreen (WiFi required). An online digital gallery is always created after your event, regardless of connection.
Pack it away when you're done
When the party ends, fold the pod back into the flight case. No rush — you have until the next morning. Leave the case ready for pickup.
We collect it for you
Our courier collects the flight case the next working day. You've done nothing except enjoy your event and let your guests create memories.
