How is it delivered and collected?

We deliver by courier up to 2 working days before your event. Collection is arranged the next working day after your event. You pack it back into the flight case and leave it for pickup — there's no rush.

How long does setup take?

Under 5 minutes for most customers. A clear illustrated step-by-step guide is included inside the flight case. No tools required.

Do you cover my area?

We cover the entire UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery costs vary by location. Contact us for a quote specific to your area.

Does it print photos?

The Prints Package (from £250) includes 108 physical prints as standard. The Digital Package (from £199) is digital-only, with instant sharing and an online gallery. Additional prints can be arranged on request.

What does the pod capture?

Photos, boomerangs, GIFs and short videos. Guests select their preferred mode from the touchscreen. All captures include professional ring lighting and animated countdown prompts.

Is the pod customised for my event?

Yes — every booking includes full bespoke customisation. We build your event template (names, date, branding, colour theme) before dispatch and send you a preview to approve.

Do I need WiFi?

WiFi enables instant sharing via SMS, email and QR code from the touchscreen during the event. Without WiFi, guests can still use the pod and all photos are included in the online gallery provided after every booking.

How many photos can guests take?

There's no limit on captures. Guests can use the Party Pod as many times as they like throughout the hire period. The Prints Package includes 108 prints as standard — additional prints can be ordered if needed.

Can I run it at an outdoor event?

The Party Pod is designed for indoor use. It can be used in sheltered outdoor spaces (such as a garden marquee) but must be kept away from direct weather, rain and direct sunlight. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.

Can I hire it for multiple days?

Yes — extended hire periods are available. If you need the pod for a multi-day event or multiple events, get in touch and we'll arrange suitable pricing.

What format are the digital photos saved in?

Photos are saved as high-resolution JPEG files. Boomerangs and GIFs are saved in standard animated formats. All files are available via the online gallery after your event.

Can I use my own backdrop?

Yes — you can position any backdrop behind the pod. We can advise on ideal sizing and positioning when you enquire. The built-in ring light is designed to work equally well with or without a dedicated backdrop.

What if something goes wrong?

We provide phone and online support throughout your hire period. In the extremely unlikely event of a hardware issue, we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. All bookings are covered under our standard terms.

Is the Party Pod suitable for children's parties?

Yes — the touchscreen interface is simple and intuitive enough for older children and adults alike. For younger children's events, an adult should supervise use. The ring light and animated prompts make it a genuinely fun experience for any age group.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in full in our terms and conditions. We recommend enquiring about our current terms when you book. Rescheduling to an available alternative date is usually possible with reasonable notice.

What power supply does it need?

A standard 13-amp UK mains socket. The pod comes with all necessary cables — you don't need to supply anything except a power outlet.

How much space does it need?

The pod unit itself takes approximately 1m x 1m of floor space. For a comfortable guest area in front of the camera, allow around 2m x 2m in total. It fits in most rooms, marquees and event spaces.
