Question 1

What is a magic mirror photo booth?

Accepted Answer

A magic mirror is a full-length interactive mirror that takes photographs. Guests follow touchscreen prompts and animated countdowns, pose together and personalise their photos with on-screen doodles or stickers. It combines a mirror-style centrepiece with instant printed keepsakes and digital photographs.

Question 2

How much does magic mirror hire cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Magic Mirror hire starts from £350. The package includes the mirror, an attendant, instant prints, unlimited digital photos, a customised print template, props, a digital photo album, delivery, setup and collection. Send your event date, venue postcode and required hire timings for a quote confirming the complete price for your event.

Question 3

Should I choose a magic mirror or a selfie pod?

Accepted Answer

Choose the Magic Mirror if you want a full-length interactive mirror with an attendant and personalised prints included. Our separate Selfie Pod offers an open-air camera-and-touchscreen setup, with a choice of Digital or Prints packages. Compare the appearance, whether you want physical keepsakes and the space available at your venue, rather than choosing on price alone.

Question 4

Can I customise the print template?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A personalised print template is included. We can use your names, event date, colours or company logo, and you approve the design before the event. For a wedding, you might match your stationery; for a birthday or company party, you can use the event theme or branding.

Question 5

How many photos can guests take?

Accepted Answer

Guests can return as many times as they like during the agreed hire period, with unlimited digital photos. Prints are produced per session, so each group receives a physical photograph. A digital photo album containing the photographs is sent to you after the event.

Question 6

How much space does the magic mirror need?

Accepted Answer

Allow approximately 2m x 2m for the mirror and guests, plus room for the props table and people waiting. Keep the setup clear of doorways and access routes. Share any steps, lifts, restricted unloading or outdoor plans when you enquire so we can confirm suitable access, power and positioning with your venue before booking.

Question 7

Is an attendant included with magic mirror hire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A professional attendant is included to run the mirror during the agreed hire period, help guests, keep props tidy and handle the equipment. This is an attended service, unlike our separate courier-delivered Party Pod, which you set up and use yourself.

Question 8

Do you deliver and set up the magic mirror?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are included. Tell us when guests arrive, when you want the mirror running and when your venue allows access and collection. We agree the schedule with you so the booked hire period and setup arrangements are clear.

Question 9

Can I book a DJ and magic mirror together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer combined DJ and Magic Mirror bookings. Include both services in your enquiry, with your date, venue and timings, and we can provide a combined quote. Tell us about any dance-floor requirements too, so the space and setup can be considered together.

Question 10

Do you offer magic mirror hire near me?

Accepted Answer

We cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and surrounding areas, including Berkshire. Send your venue postcode so we can confirm coverage and the price for your booking. Our local pages provide area-specific information; you do not need to collect the mirror yourself.
