Guest Enters Contact Details
After each photo session, guests choose to receive their photos via SMS or email. They enter their mobile number or email address directly on the pod's touchscreen — a simple, frictionless process.
Photos Delivered Instantly
The pod sends a personalised message with a direct link to the guest's photo gallery — available to view, download and share in seconds. No app download needed.
Optional Lead Capture
On request, we can enable an opt-in consent checkbox on the sharing screen. This lets you capture qualified contacts who have actively consented to follow-up — ideal for post-exhibition lead nurture.
All personal data collected via the pod is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Guest contact details are used solely to deliver their photos unless they actively opt in to further contact.

Branded Print Template
We design your print layout before the event using your logo, brand colours, event name and any messaging you choose. Every printed photo that leaves your stand is a branded keepsake.
Custom Welcome Screen & Skin
The pod's on-screen interface displays a branded welcome slide with your company logo and event name. The outer skin of the unit can also be wrapped or decorated to match your stand aesthetic.
Branded Digital Sharing Overlay
When guests receive their photo via SMS or email, the image includes a branded digital overlay — your logo and event hashtag appear on every photo shared to social media.
Branded Backdrop Option
Add a custom printed backdrop behind the pod featuring your exhibition graphics, product imagery or company branding. An optional extra that transforms the pod into a complete branded activation zone.

Exhibition Hire — Operational Notes
Key practical and contractual information for exhibition organisers and stand managers.
Power Supply Required
The pod requires a standard 13A UK mains socket within 5 metres of the unit. Please confirm with your exhibition venue that a power outlet is available on or adjacent to your stand before booking.
Overnight Equipment Storage
For multi-day exhibitions we require the pod to remain on-site overnight, secured at your stand. Please ensure the venue permits overnight storage of equipment and that the stand area is lockable or supervised.
Multi-Day Attendant Cover
A fully trained attendant is included for each day of hire. For bookings of three or more consecutive days, we may use a second attendant on rotation — both are fully briefed on your branding and event requirements.
Damage Liability
The equipment remains our property throughout the hire period. Any damage beyond normal wear is the hirer's responsibility. We recommend advising your stand staff not to move the unit once positioned.
Fully Insured
All equipment is PAT tested annually and we carry £5 million public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request and can be provided to your exhibition organiser or venue.
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit secures your booking. Cancellations more than 28 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund — see our full terms for the cancellation schedule.
