A selfie pod is an open-air photo booth with a camera, touchscreen and lighting. Guests stand in front of the pod rather than inside an enclosed booth, so friends and families can pose together. Our Digital Package saves photos for sharing; the Prints Package adds a printer for personalised keepsakes on the night.

How much does selfie pod hire cost?

Accepted Answer

Our Digital Package starts from £275 and our Prints Package starts from £325. Both include the selfie pod, red carpet, delivery, setup and collection. Prints are only included with the Prints Package. Send your event date, venue and preferred package through the enquiry form for a quote including any selected extras.

Should I choose digital-only or prints?

Accepted Answer

Choose the Digital Package if sharing photos online is your priority and you do not need physical copies. Choose the Prints Package if you want guests to take home a personalised photograph, or keep prints alongside messages in a guestbook you provide. Both offer digital sharing; the Prints Package also includes fun photo props and a custom print template.

Can I customise the photo template?

Yes. Both packages include customisable templates. For the Prints Package, we create a print design around your names, date, colours or event branding, with artwork approval before the event. Tell us your theme when you enquire.

Question 5

What optional extras are available?

Accepted Answer

For the Prints Package, red ropes and poles are available as an optional extra. For the Digital Package, options include a props collection, AI backdrop, mood lighting and ropes and poles. Ask for your chosen extras to be included in the quote so you can compare the complete cost.

Question 6

How many photos can guests take?

Accepted Answer

Guests can return as many times as they like during the agreed hire period. The Digital Package includes unlimited digital photos; the Prints Package includes unlimited visits and prints. Your quote will confirm the hire timings for your event.

Question 7

How much space does the selfie pod need?

Accepted Answer

Allow approximately 2m x 2m for the pod and guests, with additional room for people waiting to use it. Choose a position away from doorways and the busiest access routes. Tell us about steps, lifts, power access and any outdoor plans so we can confirm a suitable setup with you before booking.

Do you deliver and set up the selfie pod?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both Selfie Pod packages include delivery, setup and collection. Include the venue address and event timings in your enquiry so we can plan access with you. If you would prefer a courier-delivered booth that you set up yourself, our separate Party Pod service is designed for that.

Can I combine the selfie pod with DJ hire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us you would like a DJ and selfie pod when you enquire, along with your date, venue and timings. We can quote for both services together, with the booth package and any optional extras clearly identified.

Question 10

Do you offer selfie pod hire near me?

Accepted Answer

We provide selfie pod hire across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and surrounding areas, including Berkshire. Send your venue postcode with your enquiry so we can confirm coverage and your event price. You do not need to collect the pod: delivery, setup and collection are included in both packages.
